Terms of Service
Version 1.2 · Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Digit Steam Innovations LTD (“NullRouter”, “we”) for buying prepaid credit on nullrouter.dev and using it on our API at api.nullrouter.dev. Please read them before you pay. They are in English. Questions: hello@nullrouter.dev.
1. Who can use NullRouter
You must be at least 18. If you buy for a company or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it; “you” then means that organization. If you send other people's personal data through the API for a business, we process it for you as your processor: email us first, and we agree a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with you.
2. What you buy
- Prepaid credit in euros. You pay once, by card or Link through our payment provider Stripe, between €5 and €1,000 per purchase. There is no subscription.
- VAT on top. Our prices exclude VAT. Stripe adds the VAT that applies to you before you pay. Your credit is the amount before VAT.
- Usage per token. Each request uses credit for the tokens you send (input, images included) and the tokens the model writes back (output, including its reasoning before the answer), at that model's price when you use it. Today, per million tokens: glm-5.3-flash €0.25 in, €1.00 out; deepseek-v4.1-flash €0.30 in, €1.20 out.
- One API key per purchase. It appears in your browser right after you pay and stays there until you press Finish, for at most 7 days. Until then we also hold an encrypted copy that only your browser can unlock; after that we keep only a fingerprint of the key (a hash), from which it can't be recovered, so we can't show it again: store it safely. Lost it? Email us.
- Top-ups. You can add credit to an existing key with its customer ID. Each top-up is a separate purchase.
- No expiry. Your credit has no expiry date.
- Limits per key: 120 requests and 2,000,000 tokens per minute, and 4 requests at a time.
3. How buying works
- On our form you choose the amount and, if you need one, tick “I need an invoice”. You confirm that you want your credit to start as soon as you pay, and you accept these terms.
- You then pay on Stripe's page, where you can check and correct your details before paying.
- The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment. Your key appears in your browser, and Stripe emails your receipt.
- This address shows the current version; email us for the text of an earlier one. Checkout shows the version you accept, and we record it with your purchase.
4. When your credit runs out
New requests are refused until you top up. A request that was already running when the credit ran out still finishes, so your spend can go slightly over your credit. If you top up later, that overrun comes out of the new credit.
5. Price changes
The current prices are on nullrouter.dev. We may change them. We announce a change on the site at least 30 days before it applies, and it applies only to usage after that date. If you don't accept it, email us before then and we end the contract and refund your unused credit.
6. Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails you a receipt for every purchase. For an invoice, tick “I need an invoice” on our form before paying; Stripe's page then asks for your billing address and, for a business, its VAT number. With a valid VAT number from another EU country no VAT is charged: your business accounts for it (reverse charge).
7. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Each purchase and each top-up has its own 14 days, counted from the day you paid.
- Before paying, you ask us to start your credit straight away. So the credit you used before withdrawing is charged, and we refund the rest, with its VAT.
- Once all the credit from a purchase is used, you can no longer withdraw from it.
- We refund without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the card or account you paid with, and we stop the credit from that purchase.
- To withdraw, tell us your decision in a clear statement: use nullrouter.dev/withdraw, email hello@nullrouter.dev or call us on +357 96 594941. You may use the model form shown on that page, but you don't have to. We confirm by email.
If you buy for a business, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply; email us if something went wrong.
8. If the service doesn't work as promised (consumers)
If you are a consumer, the law guarantees that the service matches this contract. If it doesn't, tell us and we put it right; if we can't, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get your unused credit back. Nothing in these terms limits that guarantee.
9. Other refunds, and your unused credit
If we stop the service, or close your key when you haven't broken these terms, we refund your unused credit. If you ask us to delete your key, we tell you its unused credit first.
10. Acceptable use
Use NullRouter only for lawful purposes. Security testing is allowed only on systems you own or have written permission to test. You must not use it to:
- access, test or attack systems, networks or accounts without permission;
- build or spread malware, or plan attacks, against others;
- break any law that applies to you or to us, including sanctions and export rules;
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses people or incites violence;
- infringe others' intellectual property or privacy;
- overload or attack our service, get around its limits, or test our own systems without our written permission (found a security issue? Tell us at hello@nullrouter.dev);
- share your key outside your own organization, or resell access to the API on its own.
You are responsible for everything done with your key.
11. Your content
What you send (text and images) and what the models return stays yours as far as we are concerned. We use it only to answer your requests. We don't keep it, with narrow exceptions explained in our Privacy Policy, we never use it to train or improve any AI model, and our staff don't read it unless you ask us in writing to look into a problem. You must have the right to send what you send.
12. AI answers can be wrong
The models can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, can invent facts, citations or figures, and code or findings they produce can be insecure. Answers are written by the models, not by us, and are not professional advice, such as legal, tax or accounting advice. You decide how to use them: check them before you rely on them, especially in security, legal, tax and accounting work. We don't check answers or promise that they are right. If you buy for a business, we are not responsible for what the models write or for decisions based on it, except as the first paragraph of section 15 says. If you are a consumer, this section limits none of your rights (see sections 8 and 15). Today's models are standard open models and may refuse some requests.
13. The service
- Each model runs on its own GPU servers; while they are down, that model is unavailable. Maintenance can interrupt requests. Beyond the guarantee in section 8, we don't promise that the service is always available or free of errors.
- We may upgrade a model under the same name (your code keeps working; its answers may change), or replace or retire a model. We announce a replacement or retirement on this site at least 30 days before. Your credit isn't tied to a model, so you can switch to another.
- We may change the limits in section 2. If a change makes the service worse for you, section 5's notice and refund apply.
14. Blocking a key, and ending
We may block a key if it is used against these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect our service or others. Where we can, we tell you first. You can stop using NullRouter at any time; ask us and we delete your key (section 9 says what happens to its credit).
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow a limit. If you are a consumer, you keep all your rights under consumer law.
If you buy for a business, then, as far as the law allows: we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
16. Complaints, law and courts
Complaints: email hello@nullrouter.dev; we answer within 14 days.
Cyprus law applies, and the courts of Cyprus decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, you may go to the courts there, and we can bring a claim against you only in those courts.
17. Changes to these terms
The version and date are at the top of this page. A new version applies to purchases and top-ups after we publish it; once you accept it for a top-up, it applies to everything you do with that key. For other changes that affect credit you already have, we tell you on this site at least 30 days before they apply.
